Privacy and Data Protection

The data protection legislative framework is a cornerstone of the European anthropocentric approach to innovation. It is part of the regulatory framework for an expanding range of policies, including health and research, artificial intelligence, transport, energy, competition and law enforcement.

Personal data has an increasing social, economic and practical value. "Personal Data" is becoming a new asset, a valuable productive resource for the 21st century, which touches on all aspects of society. The wider application and use of personal data, however, presents a number of opportunities and challenges, which are not only related to protection, but are related to their use by the individual himself.
