The establishment of actions and regulations based on the principles and tools of Open Government, strengthen the building of effective democratic institutions and the provision of quality and effective services to citizens and society as a whole, while at the same time being the denominator of the digitization of Public Administration.
Horizontal interventions for open and participatory governance aim at establishing channels of effective and direct communication with the citizens. The aim is for every citizen to be able to be informed in a simple way about the procedures of the Public Administration that concern them, but also to shape them according to his needs, as far as possible, so that they cease to be time consuming and in completely ineffective.
