1. INTRODUCTION

4. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

The Ministry of Digital Governance processes your personal data for the exercise of its responsibilities under the law, its compliance with its legal obligations under national and EU law, the performance of duties performed in the public interest and in the public interest. the exercise of public authority entrusted to him.

The purpose of the processing of users' personal data is to conduct a public electronic consultation and to submit proposals for the formulation of the Digital Transformation Book, in particular in the context of public accountability and the deepening of participatory democracy.

The Personal Data collected by the Platform and stored in a familiar database or in the Greek State cloud (g-cloud), are intended to be used for the purposes mentioned above.

The Ministry of Digital Governance collects and processes personal data of "users" exclusively for the aforementioned purposes and only to the extent absolutely necessary for the effective service of these purposes. This data is always relevant, relevant and not more than what is required in view of the above purposes.

Furthermore, such data shall be retained only during the period required for the purposes of their collection and processing and shall be deleted thereafter in accordance with the general conditions of use.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Ministry does not have or otherwise transmit or publish personal data of visitors / users of the website to third parties, without the consent of the visitor / user.

The kept personal data may be disclosed to the competent judicial, police and other administrative authorities, upon their legal request and in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. The data is stored on the servers of GRNET SA (National Network of Technology and Research Infrastructures SA) or on the cloud service provider of the Greek State (g-cloud) located within the European Union.

Authorized employees of the Ministry of Digital Governance and in particular of the General Secretariat of Public Administration Information Systems may have access to user data within the framework of their duties and responsibilities.

GRNET SA, acts as the executor of the processing and provides to the Ministry and the General Secretariat of Information Systems of Public Administration its support services.

7. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

The Ministry, in full compliance with the provisions of the GCP, satisfies and facilitates the exercise of the rights of the Subjects provided for the use of the Platform, provided that in this case the possibility of actual exercise is offered, within the operation of the Platform, namely: < / p>

8. SATISFACTION OF RIGHTS - GUARANTEES - SHORT TERM
