This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Policy" or "PPPD") relates to the Digital Transformation Book of the Ministry of Digital Governance (hereinafter "the Ministry"), which operates under the domain name: www. digitalstrategy.gov.gr (hereinafter "the Platform").

Γ. Special Categories of Personal Data
The Ministry of Digital Government does not collect or process specific categories of data, as defined in the provisions of current legislation (especially racial or ethnic origin, religion, health data, etc.) for the needs of identification and provision of the service.
The Ministry of Digital Governance processes your personal data for the exercise of its responsibilities under the law, its compliance with its legal obligations under national and EU law, the performance of duties performed in the public interest and in the public interest. the exercise of public authority entrusted to him.
The purpose of the processing of users' personal data is to conduct a public electronic consultation and to submit proposals for the formulation of the Digital Transformation Book, in particular in the context of public accountability and the deepening of participatory democracy.
The legal basis for the processing of users' personal data is in particular Article 6 par. 1 lit. of the IGC ("performance of a duty performed in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority delegated to the controller").
The Personal Data collected by the Platform and stored in a familiar database or in the Greek State cloud (g-cloud), are intended to be used for the purposes mentioned above.
The Ministry of Digital Governance collects and processes personal data of "users" exclusively for the aforementioned purposes and only to the extent absolutely necessary for the effective service of these purposes. This data is always relevant, relevant and not more than what is required in view of the above purposes.
Furthermore, such data shall be retained only during the period required for the purposes of their collection and processing and shall be deleted thereafter in accordance with the general conditions of use.
The Ministry does not have or otherwise transmit or publish personal data of visitors / users of the website to third parties, without the consent of the visitor / user.
The kept personal data may be disclosed to the competent judicial, police and other administrative authorities, upon their legal request and in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. In addition, in case of a legal order of a prosecutor or other Authority, or of conducting a regular investigation or preliminary examination, the Ministry is obliged to provide access to the relevant data and make it available to the requesting Authority.
The Ministry does not transmit users' personal data to a third country or international organization.
Any transfer or transmission of personal data of data subjects is done through electronic systems and the data is transferred encrypted.
The data is stored on the servers of GRNET SA (National Network of Technology and Research Infrastructures SA) or on the cloud service provider of the Greek State (g-cloud) located within the European Union.
Authorized employees of the Ministry of Digital Governance and in particular of the General Secretariat of Public Administration Information Systems may have access to user data within the framework of their duties and responsibilities.
GRNET SA, acts as the executor of the processing and provides to the Ministry and the General Secretariat of Information Systems of Public Administration its support services.
The Ministry, in full compliance with the provisions of the GCP, satisfies and facilitates the exercise of the rights of the Subjects provided for the use of the Platform, provided that in this case the possibility of actual exercise is offered, within the operation of the Platform, namely: < / p>
1. The right of access in order to find out what data is processed by the Ministry of Digital Governance, for what reason and their recipients.
2. The right of correction to correct errors, inaccuracies and omissions in your data.
3. The right to delete them in order, under the conditions of the GCC, to delete your data from the files of the Ministry of Digital Government.
4. The right to restrict processing in the event of a dispute over the accuracy of the data, in the event that you have exercised the right of objection and the decision is pending and in the event that your data is no longer necessary for the original purpose but for legal reasons can not yet be deleted.

Overall, the Ministry ensures that:
1. Procedures are in place to allow data subjects' rights to be exercised so that all necessary action can be taken immediately.
2. It will respond to a request submitted by the Data Subject without undue delay and in any case not later than thirty (30) calendar days. In case it cannot satisfy a right exercised by the Data Subject, the Ministry will ensure that a specific, sufficient and complete justification is provided.
3. Except in the case of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, all actions concerning the satisfaction of the data Subjects' rights will be carried out free of charge (free of charge) for the Subjects.
4. The collected personal data is stored in computer systems, which provide adequate security and are used by specially trained and authorized employees, in order to achieve the maximum possible protection of the data recorded, in the modern digital environment.
